New connections
Project and procurement leaders at target contractors.
4N Manpower supplies vetted electrical teams for data centres, industrial construction and energy projects. We put the co-owner in front of project and procurement leaders across three Nordic countries, and the conversations pointed us straight to the people who hire.
Results from the co-owner's LinkedIn campaign data and lead tracking over 4 months.

Electrical contractors on data centre, pharma and energy projects live with a constant risk: not enough qualified people when the project needs them. 4N Manpower solves that with managed teams, but it had no public customer references it could use.
It needed to reach the people who plan and buy capacity at the largest contractors in the Nordics, and earn a conversation without a long list of case studies.
The goal: a steady flow of positive conversations with the right decision makers.
We built the audience from 4N Manpower's own list of target contractors and the decision maker titles that matter to them, and moved market by market from Denmark to Sweden and Finland, with messages localised for each country.
The follow-up message asked a simple question: if the person was not the right contact, could they point us in the right direction? That question turned replies into referrals.
We tested a new opening message every round. In the last test the winning message turned 9 of 22 replies into interest or referrals, against 1 of 20 for the alternative. We also suggested a sharper headline for the co-owner's profile and wrote calling scripts for following up on referrals.
Over 4 months, 567 decision makers connected and 166 replied. Reply rate climbed from 13% in the first month to 40% in months three and four.
Those replies produced 25 referrals to the right colleague and 4 prospects who asked to hear more.
Follow-up messages kept working after each test ended: 15 of the later leads came from people first contacted in earlier rounds.
Three message tests across three countries, with a report and an action plan after each one.
A strategy workshop, profile suggestions for the co-owner, and an audience built from 4N Manpower's own list of target contractors, starting in Denmark.
Outreach went live in Denmark with the first message test. 190 people connected in the first month.
The second message test added Sweden, with messages in Swedish, and the reply rate rose to 19%. Then a second profile joined for Finland and the third message test ran.
Two in five people messaged in months 3 and 4 replied. In total: 567 new connections, 166 replies, 25 referrals and 4 prospects who asked to hear more.
People messaged and replies for each period, with the share who replied. Months 3 and 4 were reported together.
Co-owner's profile.
How we count. Requests, new connections, people messaged and replies are totals from the LinkedIn campaign data for the co-owner's profile. The second profile ran for the last two months only and is not included in these figures. Months 3 and 4 were reported as one period. Acceptance rate is new connections divided by requests. Reply rate is replies divided by people messaged. Referrals and interested prospects are replies marked "Referral" or "Interest" in the lead tracking. In the message test, conversion is the share of replies that became interest or a referral.
Tell us who you sell to, and we will show you how we would reach them.
