New connections
Sales and commercial leaders, from the founder's profile.
Acuity World has trained sales professionals at some of the world's largest companies for two decades. We combined LinkedIn Ads with outreach from the founder's own profile to fill their events and webinars and open doors at large Danish companies.
Results from the LinkedIn campaign data, the LinkedIn event lists and our ad reports over 12 months.

Nearly 1 in 3 new connections wrote back.
Across six live sessions, promoted on LinkedIn.
With leaders at large companies, from outreach and webinars.
For the founder's kick-off event, we ran ads to a broad audience and to his own connections. Together they reached a 2.17% click-through rate. The connections audience did best, with a 153% higher click-through rate than the broad one.
Click-through rate across the six kick-off event ads, as reported after the event. Only the two ads with a button count clicks, so this is the effective rate on those ads.
Most of Acuity World's business came from large projects, existing customers and word of mouth. Their free inspiration evenings drew a good crowd for years, but did not turn into new projects as often as they hoped.
Sales cycles run from a few weeks to three years, and buyers push back on price, timing and budget.
The goal: fewer, better leads for larger projects, and real awareness among 60 target companies.
We started with LinkedIn Ads in English, so Acuity World would look like the international player it is. Brand awareness ran to the 60 target companies, alongside campaigns for NLP training, webinars and a round table. After the first tests we focused the ads on the Personal Selling Program.
From month 7 we added outreach from the founder's profile, in Danish. Each sequence liked a recent post, connected, then sent short personal messages inviting people to the kick-off event, free webinars or a coffee.
The winning angle was exclusivity. For the kick-off event, the "only 50 people are invited" message got a 44% higher response rate than the alternative.
In 6 months of outreach, 1,184 leaders connected with the founder and 375 replied. The kick-off event outreach alone started 135 conversations, with a 49% acceptance rate.
Six live webinars and events drew 522 sign-ups, and 12 meetings were booked from outreach and webinar follow-up.
The free Personal Leadership webinar was the biggest draw, with 192 and 159 sign-ups across its two sessions.
Ads first, then outreach on top, with events and webinars as the reason to talk.
Strategy workshop: audience, goals and the list of 60 target companies agreed.
Brand awareness, NLP summer training, webinar and round table ads went live, with tracking and retargeting set up.
Ads narrowed to the Personal Selling Program, with video and image tests. Outreach from the founder's profile started in month 7, and for the kick-off event in month 9 it started 135 conversations.
1,184 new connections, 375 replies, 522 webinar and event sign-ups and 12 meetings booked.
Monthly outreach from the founder's profile, months 7 to 12 of the engagement.
Founder's profile.
How we count. Months are counted from the start of the engagement; outreach began in month 7. Requests, new connections and replies are monthly figures from the LinkedIn campaign data for the founder's profile. Acceptance rate is new connections divided by requests. Reply rate is replies divided by new connections. Meetings are the campaign total: 5 from outreach and 7 from webinar follow-up. Webinar and event sign-ups are counted from the LinkedIn event lists for six sessions. The event ads click-through rate and the 0.44% LinkedIn average come from our ad reports.
