New connections
Decision makers at hotels, hospitals and institutions.
Allente is a Nordic TV and streaming provider, and its business arm supplies TV solutions to hotels, hospitals and institutions. We ran LinkedIn outreach from six of its sellers in three countries, and kept testing until the messages landed.

Contacts who pointed a seller to the colleague who decides.
After the first test we rebuilt the audience around larger companies and more senior roles, and gave every seller headline and photo recommendations. By month 4, acceptance was higher on all six profiles than at the start.
Acceptance rate is new connections divided by connection requests, all six profiles. Month 4 runs to the final report.
Allente wanted more leads from its business customers. New deals came from partners, direct sales, cold calls and emails, and sales cycles run from three to nine months, longer for big groups.
Buyers often already have a TV supplier, so getting a first conversation is the hard part.
The goal: a steady flow of relevant connections and positive conversations across three countries.
We ran connection and message sequences from six Allente profiles in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, each in its own language. Audiences started with hospitality and hospitals, the segments Allente knew best.
After the first message test we refined the audience: experienced managers and above, mainly at companies with 200+ employees, no junior roles. We wrote three new opening messages and added a follow-up that simply asked whether we had reached the right person.
We also gave each seller headline and photo recommendations. By month 4, acceptance was higher on all six profiles than at the start, on one from 22% to 48%.
Over 4 months, 1,438 decision makers connected and 287 replied.
The outreach produced 22 positive conversations, including 12 referrals and 8 interested prospects.
The tests also showed where to focus. Denmark had the highest interest rate at 9.1%, companies with 201 to 1,000 employees responded best, and commercial and operations leaders showed the most interest.
Two message tests in four months, with a report and action plan after each one.
Strategy workshop, audiences in three countries and an exclusion list of around 2,400 existing customers and competitors.
The first message test went live on all six profiles, each in its own language, with three opening messages.
Short, personal, question-led messages beat formal ones. The second test moved to larger companies and more senior roles, with three new messages and a referral follow-up. Replies doubled from month 2 to month 3.
Acceptance reached 41% to 48% on every profile. In total: 1,438 new connections, 287 replies and 22 positive conversations.
All six profiles combined. Month 4 runs to the final report.
All six profiles.
How we count. Requests, new connections and replies are monthly figures from the LinkedIn campaign data for all six profiles, added together. Month 4 runs to the final report. Acceptance rate is new connections divided by requests. Reply rate is replies divided by new connections. Positive conversations are the total in the final report to Allente: referrals, interested prospects and meetings with new prospects, as recorded by Allente's sellers.
Tell us who you sell to, and we will show you how we would reach them.
