Buying a home in southern Spain is a big decision with a sales cycle of three to six months.
Costa Del Sol Buyers had deep local knowledge and a large network of professionals in Spain, and wanted to build relationships with Danish buyers on LinkedIn.
The goal: a steady stream of qualified leads, built through relationships on LinkedIn.
We started with the founder's profile. A new headline, "Helping International Buyers Feel at Home in Spain", told every visitor what the company does before they read a single message.
We targeted Danish business owners and partners who were active on LinkedIn, and left out the real estate industry so the messages reached buyers, not competitors. We ran four rounds of message tests with two or three Danish opening messages each, and kept the strongest.
The winning opener combined lifestyle and investment: more than 300 days of sun, good infrastructure and rental potential, closed with a light question. At its best it reached a 40% reply rate in a single test round.
Over 7 months, 1,550 business owners and leaders connected and 427 replied. The monthly reply rate rose from 19% in month one to 35% at its best in month three.
Those conversations turned into 6 booked meetings and 16 prospects who asked to hear more.
Every reply was logged and qualified in a shared lead tracker, so the founder could follow up on the warm conversations straight away.
Four rounds of message tests, with a report and an action plan after each one.
Strategy workshop, a new profile headline and the first audience of Danish business owners active on LinkedIn.
The first message test went live with three Danish opening messages. Month 1 brought 89 new connections and 17 replies.
Three more message tests. The best openers stayed and a new one joined in month 2, when acceptance rose to 64% and the first meeting was booked. From month 4 outreach focused on the two strongest openers at full volume.
2,905 requests, 1,550 new connections, 427 replies, 6 booked meetings and 16 interested prospects.
Connection requests and new connections from the founder's profile, with the share accepted. Months 5 and 6 were reported together.
Founder profile.
How we count. Requests, new connections and replies are monthly totals from the LinkedIn campaign data for the founder's profile. Months 5 and 6 were reported as one period. Months are counted from launch; month 7 is the final report. Acceptance rate is new connections divided by requests. The overall reply rate is replies divided by people messaged; the month by month reply rates in the feature are replies divided by new connections in the month. Booked meetings and interested prospects are replies marked "Meeting" or "Interest" in the shared lead tracker. The 40% reply rate is the best single opening message in one test round, measured as replies divided by messages delivered.
