Payroll problems tend to stay hidden until they hit employees, reporting or an audit. That makes it hard to get finance teams to talk about them early.
Fast Lønkontrol needed to reach finance and payroll people at the right companies in Denmark and Greenland, and get them to open up about how their payroll really runs.
The goal: turn a quiet, technical topic into real conversations with the people who own it.
We ran outreach from two profiles, including the CEO's. Before launch we reworked the CEO's LinkedIn headline so it says clearly what the company fixes.
Lists were built from target companies chosen with Fast Lønkontrol, then widened to finance, accounting and payroll roles from specialists up to CFOs.
Openers were A/B tested every month. Positive replies were followed up quickly, with a booking link for those ready to talk, and every one was logged in a shared tracker.
In the first 3 months 186 people connected and 59 replied. The winning opener reached a 36% reply rate.
Positive replies jumped from 2 in month 3 to 15 in month 4.
So far that adds up to 21 positive replies, 8 prospects who received a booking link, and a first meeting booked in month 2.

How we count. Requests, new connections, people messaged and replies are monthly totals from the LinkedIn campaign data for both profiles, months 1 to 3. In the A/B test, reply rate is replies divided by messages delivered for each opener. Positive replies, booking links and meetings come from the follow-up tracker, which started in month 2 and runs to the latest data in month 4.
Tell us who you sell to, and we will show you how we would reach them.
