Meetings booked
Talks and demos with people at accounting firms.
Leadkompagniet sells a family of automation tools to Danish accountants and bookkeepers. We ran 3 months of LinkedIn outreach from one consultant's profile, tested short Danish messages against long ones, and turned the replies into meetings.
Results from the consultant's LinkedIn outreach report over 3 months.
Talks and demos with people at accounting firms.
Conversations started with accountants, bookkeepers and firm leaders.
Of the people we messaged wrote back.
Accountants and bookkeepers added to the consultant's network.
We rewrote the consultant's LinkedIn headline to say exactly what he does for accountants: save time and remove manual work. More of the people we invited accepted.
Acceptance rate is the share of connection requests that were accepted, before and after the headline change, as recorded in the outreach report.
Leadkompagniet sells seven tools that take manual work off accountants and bookkeepers, from collecting tax account data to customer checks and workflow. Its sales run through regular webinars and one to one demos, and it needed more conversations with the people who run accounting firms.
The goal: 2 to 3 meetings with Danish accounting firms in 3 months.
We built audiences of Danish accounting firms by role and seniority and sent personal connection requests from one consultant's profile. In the first month we tested three opening messages. A short question got a 39% reply rate against 12% for a long, detailed message.
In the next round every message stated the benefit up front: less manual work and more time for clients. We also rewrote the consultant's headline around that benefit and kept the focus on partners and owners, who showed the most interest.
Over 3 months, 537 accountants and bookkeepers accepted the consultant's request and 140 replied. Along the way, 26 more contacts said they were interested and 7 pointed us to a colleague.
11 meetings booked, against a goal of 2 to 3.
A strategy workshop, then launch in month 1, a second message round and a new headline in month 2, and results in month 3.
A workshop on the product range and buyers, audiences of Danish accounting firms, and three Danish opening messages.
Outreach went live from the consultant's profile. Month 1 brought 195 new connections and 52 replies.
The short question beat the long message, so the second round led with a clear benefit in every message. A new headline lifted acceptance from 31% to 37%.
1,500 requests, 537 new connections, 140 replies and 11 meetings booked, against a goal of 2 to 3.
People messaged and replies for each month, with the share who replied.
Consultant's profile, by month. Month 3 covers the first half of the month.
How we count. Months are counted from launch. Requests, new connections, people messaged and replies come from the outreach report kept for the consultant's profile. Acceptance rate is new connections divided by connection requests. Reply rate is replies divided by people messaged, for each month and for the total. Meetings, interested contacts and referrals are the totals in the final report to the client. The message and headline comparisons use the rates recorded in the monthly reports.
