Young consumers block ads and skip traditional media. Leagues Media offers brands a way in through gaming, but first it has to get in front of the marketers who choose where campaigns run.
Those marketers sit in mid-sized and large consumer brands across several countries, and they get pitched every day.
The goal: open conversations with brand leaders in Denmark, Sweden and the UK.
We ran outreach from three Leagues Media profiles, one per market, aimed at marketing, brand and growth leaders at consumer brands with 201 to 10,000+ employees.
In round one we tested three openers. The one offering an open slot for a single brand per industry drew the most replies and the most interest.
We then cut junior roles and industries that do not market to young people. Round two used shorter, more personal openers and lifted the reply rate from 22% to 29%.
Across three profiles, 739 marketers connected and 268 replied.
That produced 80 positive conversations with consumer brands.

How we count. Requests and new connections are monthly totals from the LinkedIn campaign data for all three profiles, up to the final report. Acceptance rate is new connections divided by requests. Replies and positive conversations are counted from the reply tracking for all three profiles through the end of month 3; positive conversations are interested brands, referrals and booked meetings. In the opener rounds, reply rate is replies divided by messages delivered. Positive share is positive conversations divided by replies.
Tell us who you sell to, and we will show you how we would reach them.
