Nordic Sales Force sells outsourced sales to Danish companies. Many buyers think of that as meeting booking, but the team handles the whole sale, from the first contact until the deal is closed. Its buyers are busy owners and leaders of small companies who get pitched all day.
The goal: find the audience, message and format that make them click, and send them to the book-a-demo page.
We started with two audiences and a wide set of image ads. Small companies clicked more than twice as often as large ones, and real photos of the team clearly beat stock images. Then we tested eleven ad texts: short texts packed with clear benefits won, especially when they explained that the team owns the whole sales process.
Video ads with the team followed and worked well, because viewers knew exactly what they were signing up for. Later we added a separate campaign for production companies, with its own copy and list of target companies.
Over 22 months the ads were shown 1,305,912 times, drew 12,882 clicks and sent 9,247 clicks to the book-a-demo page. The click-through rate rose from 0.51% in the first report to 1.16% in the second, once the audience and copy tests were in, and 7,166 people watched the video ads to the end.
A 0.99% click-through rate across the whole engagement, 2.25 times the LinkedIn benchmark.
Audience and image tests first, then copy, video and a production companies campaign, with a report and action plan at every step.
We mapped who Nordic Sales Force sells to: company sizes, job titles and the industries that buy outsourced sales.
Image ads went live to two audiences side by side. Small companies reached a 0.75% click-through rate against 0.34% for large ones, and team photos beat stock images.

How we count. Months are counted from the strategy work. Each bar is one client report, labelled by the month it was delivered. Totals for impressions, clicks, landing page clicks, completed video views and view rate come from the handover report. Click-through rate is clicks divided by impressions for all campaigns in each period. The 0.44% benchmark is the LinkedIn average click-through rate quoted in the reports.
