Positive conversations
37 referrals, 18 interested prospects and 5 booked meetings.
SameSystem helps retail chains plan staff with AI. We ran outreach from three of its sales leaders' profiles into four countries and turned LinkedIn into a steady flow of conversations with the people who own staffing and store operations.
Results from SameSystem's LinkedIn campaign data and lead tracking over 5 months.
37 referrals, 18 interested prospects and 5 booked meetings.
From retail, HR and operations leaders in four countries.
Of 5,116 connection requests were accepted.
Retail decision makers added to three sales profiles.
After the first month we refined the lists towards HR and operations leaders at larger chains and rewrote the openers in a more conversational tone. Replies took off.
Replies per month, all three profiles combined.
SameSystem sells to retail chains across several countries, each with its own language and buying culture.
Store staff are easy to reach but rarely decide. The task was to get past them to the directors who own staffing, store operations and HR, in Norway, Sweden, Germany and Spain at the same time.
The goal: open conversations with retail decision makers in four markets at once.
We ran outreach from three SameSystem sales profiles, each covering its own market. Lists were built for retail chains, filtered to manager level and above, with existing customers left out.
Three opening messages were tested each month, from short, curious questions to messages that named well-known retail brands already using SameSystem.
After month one we moved the focus to HR and operations directors at chains with 500+ employees, and we updated the profiles' headlines and cover photos. Every reply was logged and qualified in a shared lead tracker.
Monthly new connections grew from 233 in month one to 595 in month three. Across the period, 1,641 people connected and 303 replied.
The reply rate almost doubled, from 10% of people messaged in month one to 19% in month five.
Those replies produced 60 positive conversations: 37 referrals to the right colleague, 18 interested prospects and 5 booked meetings with retail decision makers.
From strategy to results in five months, with a report and an action plan every month.
We mapped the audiences, job titles and countries, built the lists for each market and reviewed the three sales profiles.
Outreach started on all three profiles with three opening messages tested side by side. 233 people connected in the first month.
New, more conversational openers got 54% more replies than the first round. The lists moved towards HR and operations leaders at larger chains, and one profile switched from Norway to Sweden.
595 new connections and 137 replies in the month. Over 5 months: 1,641 new connections, 303 replies and 60 positive conversations, including 5 meetings.
Volume peaked in months three and four, while the share of people who replied rose every month.
All three profiles combined.
How we count. Requests, new connections, people messaged and replies are monthly totals from the LinkedIn campaign data for all three profiles, over 5 months; month 5 covers the first half of the month. Acceptance rate is new connections divided by requests. Reply rate is replies divided by people messaged. Positive conversations are counted from the lead tracker for the same period. The 54% rise in replies compares the second test round with the first, as shown in the monthly report.
Tell us who you sell to, and we will show you how we would reach them.
