ChallengeGet fleet managers to talk about their tools

Many fleet teams still run on manual steps and disconnected tools. Fleet managers also hear from a lot of software vendors, so most pitches get ignored.

SV Gebäudeautomation needed to start real conversations with them, first in German speaking markets and then further into Europe.

The goal: fleet managers who want to talk about fixing their own processes.

SolutionThree profiles, a fleet audience and a better question

We ran outreach from three profiles, including the managing director. Each headline says what the team does: helping companies digitalize fleet, building and operational processes.

The audience was fleet managers, fleet operations managers and fleet directors at companies with 51 to 10,000 employees.

In round two we wrote a message that asks which part of fleet work causes the most friction: keeping vehicle data current, coordinating maintenance or getting one overview across systems.

ImpactMore reach and the first buyers in month two

Round two almost doubled new connections, from 108 to 210, and doubled replies, from 11 to 22.

It also brought the first 5 positive conversations, including referrals to the people who own fleet decisions.

France responded best, so the next round puts more focus there.
