Talks with leaders and salespeople who wanted to hear more.
Wagado trains leaders, employees and salespeople by combining martial arts philosophy with modern leadership and sales methods. We ran LinkedIn outreach from the founder's own profile to Danish leaders and sales professionals, offered free material and webinars, and turned the replies into meetings.
Results from the founder's LinkedIn outreach report over 7 months.
Talks with leaders and salespeople who wanted to hear more.
Conversations started with new connections.
More than one in three new connections wrote back.
Leaders and sales professionals added to the founder's network.
We tested two invitations to the same webinar. A personal, selective invitation almost doubled the reply rate compared with a general tip-off about the event.
Reply rate is the share of invited contacts who replied to each version, as recorded in the outreach report.
Wagado's founder is a trainer, speaker and author whose method draws on karate philosophy. His buyers are leaders, HR and sales managers in Danish companies, and he needed a steady way to start conversations with them.
The goal: more meetings with Danish leaders and sales teams.
We sent personal connection requests from the founder's profile and followed up with free material: a short guide, an excerpt from his book and invitations to LinkedIn webinars on keeping good employees and on psychological safety.
We tested a general webinar invitation against an exclusive one, and the exclusive version won. We also wrote suggested replies for each conversation so warm contacts were asked for a specific date instead of an open coffee.
Over 7 months, 1,090 leaders accepted the founder's request and 402 replied. 124 contacts were marked as having potential for a meeting, and 117 new people followed the company page.
17 meetings booked with leaders and salespeople.
A launch in month 1, webinars and message tests in the middle months, and a strong finish in month 7.
Audiences of Danish leaders, sales professionals and business owners, and messages built around free material from the founder.
Outreach went live from the founder's profile. Month 2 was the strongest month, with 296 new connections and a 48% reply rate.
Two LinkedIn webinars with personal follow-up, a test of two invitation styles where the exclusive version won, and a shift towards owners and CEOs.
2,092 requests, 1,090 new connections, 402 replies and 17 meetings booked.

Founder's profile, by month.
How we count. Months are counted from launch. All figures come from the outreach report kept for the founder's profile. Acceptance rate is new connections divided by connection requests. Reply rate is replies divided by new connections, for each month and for the total. Meetings, contacts with meeting potential and company page followers are the totals recorded at the end of month 7. The webinar test rates are as recorded for each invitation version.
Tell us who you sell to, and we will show you how we would reach them.
